- 2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, cumin, smoked paprika, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into oval-shaped kofta.
- Grill the kofta over medium heat until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- For the garlic yogurt sauce, mix yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Serve the kofta hot with garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
