- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brown them in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, sautéing until softened.
- Pour in the white wine and chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, pour the mushroom sauce over the top, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
