Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the shredded chicken, egg noodles, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until noodles are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
