- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning together until well combined.
- Roll out crescent roll dough and cut into triangles.
- Add a spoonful of the chicken mixture to the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
- Place the rolled pillows on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush each pillow with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or bell peppers to the chicken mixture.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
