  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1/3 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add onion and mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in flour, then gradually add chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
  5. Add chicken, thyme, garlic powder, and black pepper, then mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a pie crust and cover with another crust. Seal edges.
  7. Make slits on top of the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
