- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end to the narrow end.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
