Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, shredded turkey, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread a portion of the chicken-turkey-bacon mixture over half of the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture and fold the tortilla in half.
  5. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Slice and serve warm.
