- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, shredded turkey, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread a portion of the chicken-turkey-bacon mixture over half of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese over the mixture and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced jalapeños or bell peppers to the filling.
- Consider using a mix of cheeses for a different taste.
