- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the noodles are cooking, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet. Toss with remaining butter and garlic.
- Serve the buttered noodles topped with sliced chicken and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
