- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup spicy chili sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Lay out a wonton wrapper and place a teaspoon of filling in the center.
- Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper, and press to seal.
- Repeat until all filling is used.
- In a skillet, heat the spicy chili sauce and add the wontons, cooking for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with additional chili sauce on the side.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of chili sauce.
- Serve with a side of soy sauce for dipping.
