Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced zucchini and chicken. Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
