- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, red chili flakes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the beef dino ribs with the glaze and let them marinate for at least an hour.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.
- Remove foil and broil on high for 5-10 minutes for a caramelized finish.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

- Adjust the amount of chili flakes to control the heat level.
- For a smoky flavor, consider using a grill instead of an oven.
