Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
