- 1 pound beef steak, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and onions to the pan.
- Stir-fry everything for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot with rice.

- For extra heat, add some chili flakes.
- Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
