- 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and oyster sauce, then season with black pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

- Adjust the vegetables to your preference, using broccoli or snap peas.
