- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chipotle sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and add half of the chicken mixture and half of the cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until golden, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding diced bell peppers or onions.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
