- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly, then roll it with the parchment paper into a log shape and cool completely.
- Whip the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Unroll the cake, spread the whipped cream, and roll it back up.
- Chill before serving and enjoy!
