Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in boiling water until well combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  7. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
