- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- For ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan and pour over chopped chocolate, stirring until melted.
- Pour ganache over cooled cheesecake and let set before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate for the ganache.
- Allow the cake to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
