- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 batch brownie batter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda.
- Gradually add flour and stir until fully combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Prepare the brownie batter as per instructions.
- In a mini muffin tin, add a spoonful of brownie batter, then top with a spoonful of cookie dough. Repeat for each cup.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the brownie is set.
- Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
Notes
- Store leftover bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For an extra chocolatey treat, drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
