- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Remove from the pan before serving.
Notes
- Ensure that the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
