- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and pudding mix until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a chewy texture, avoid overbaking the cookies.
- You can substitute chocolate chips with your favorite mix-ins like nuts or dried fruits.
