- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped maraschino cherries
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut, and cherries over the crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For added richness, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
- Allow the bars to set completely for easier slicing.
