- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
- Add softened butter, milk, and peppermint extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Form small patties with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the patties for about 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each frozen patty into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Return the chocolate-covered patties to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, add more peppermint extract.
- These patties can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
