Instructions
- Crush the Chocolate Mint Oreos in a bowl until they are fine crumbs.
- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Add the peppermint extract to the melted chocolate, mixing well.
- Combine the crushed Oreos with the chocolate mixture until fully coated.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Serve chilled or store in a container in the refrigerator.

- For extra flavor, you can add crushed peppermint candies on top before refrigerating.
