- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup milk
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and peanut butter.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, let it cook for 1 minute without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and oats until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until set.
Notes
- For a healthier version, substitute half the sugar with honey.
- Add chopped nuts or chocolate chips for added texture.
