- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth; pour over the stir-fry.
- Cook until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
- Feel free to substitute any of the vegetables with your favorites.
