- 2 cups chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Stir in bean sprouts, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sesame oil.
- Vegetables can be substituted based on preference.
