- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat, then add the vanilla and Rice Krispies, mixing until well combined.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape into balls.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dunk each Rice Krispie ball in chocolate and place on wax paper.
- Sprinkle with holiday decorations before the chocolate sets.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to let the chocolate harden before serving for best results.
- These can be made a day in advance and stored properly.
