Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond extract; mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in sour cream and sprinkles.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
