Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, and softened butter.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Add cream cheese, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon for topping, then sprinkle it over the baked bars.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips to the cheesecake mixture.
- Serve with whipped cream for added indulgence.
