- 1 package churro dough
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, then blend until combined.
- Press churro dough into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the churro crust.
- Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before drizzling with melted butter and cinnamon sugar.
- Finish with a generous drizzle of caramel sauce before serving.
