Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cider vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the Cornish hen.
- Place the hen in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
