- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, then mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cinnamon and sour cream until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before refrigerating.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, swirl cinnamon sugar into the cheesecake batter before baking.
- Serve with whipped cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
