- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra flavor.
- For best results, use full-fat cream cheese.
