Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and milk.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth and spreadable.
- Frost the cupcakes and serve.
