Instructions

- Place a slice of turkey bacon on each piece of bread and roll them up.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Dip each roll in the egg mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
- Fry the rolls in a buttered skillet until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve warm, dusted with additional cinnamon sugar if desired.
