- 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of the dough.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle it evenly over the buttered dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, combine the powdered sugar and milk to create a glaze and drizzle it over the pizza.
Notes
- For added texture, you can sprinkle chopped nuts on top before baking.
