Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and buttermilk.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
  6. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and additional cinnamon for the swirl.
  7. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared bundt pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
