- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the buttermilk and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan, sprinkle half of the sugar mixture, and then top with the remaining batter.
- Swirl the batter with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.

- Allow the cake to cool completely before glazing, if desired.
- This cake is great for brunch or dessert!
