Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form it into a loaf shape.
  4. Place the meatloaf in a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
