- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form it into a loaf shape.
- Place the meatloaf in a greased baking dish.
- Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Notes
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- This meatloaf can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
