- 6 cups cubed day-old bread
- 2 cups whole milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cubed bread and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the raisins or dried fruits.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden and the pudding is set.
