- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Add mushrooms and garlic, sauté until mushrooms are cooked.
- Pour in Marsala wine, scraping up any browned bits, and let it simmer.
- Add heavy cream, stir until sauce thickens, then return chicken to the skillet.
- Simmer until chicken is cooked through and coated in sauce.

- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or a non-dairy alternative.
- Pair with pasta or a side salad for a complete meal.
