Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix gently until combined and form into patties.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
