Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, continue to cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a chocolate variation, add 1 cup of chocolate chips to the mixture just before pouring into the pan.
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
