- 1/2 cup Russian or thousand island dressing
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed rye bread, corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese.
- Drizzle the dressing over the mixture and add caraway seeds. Toss to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some diced pickles to the mixture.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
