- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup Coca Cola
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs and sear until browned on both sides.
- In a bowl, mix together Coca Cola, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
- Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the lid and cook on high for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
