- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the coconut cream mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

- For an extra touch, top with whipped cream before serving.
