Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping, then spread over the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together coconut milk, shredded coconut, pudding mix, and milk.
- Pour the coconut mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can toast the shredded coconut before adding it to the dessert.
- Make sure to chill for the full time to allow the layers to set properly.
