- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together the coconut cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the shredded coconut and whipped cream until well incorporated.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with graham crackers, fruit, or cookies for dipping.
Notes
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
