Instructions
- In a bowl, mix coconut milk, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cubed chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and serve with lime wedges.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight.
